Order Cancellation

No problem! Canceling your order is easy, depending on the stage of its shipment:

Scenario 1: Your order has NOT left us yet If you catch us and inform us within 2 hours of placing your order (or generally before the ACS tracking number is issued), the cancellation is processed immediately.

  • Send us a message at info@ploumioliveoil.com or call us at +30 28933 09002 (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 20:30), stating your order number.

  • The order is canceled and, if you have already paid electronically, a full refund is issued immediately to your card or account.

Scenario 2: Your order HAS already been shipped (Tracking Number issued) From the moment your order is handed over to ACS Courier, the package's route cannot be stopped. In this case, the cancellation process works as a "Return":

  1. Do not accept the delivery: When the ACS courier driver calls or arrives at your location, state that you wish to "Refuse Delivery" (Arnisi Paralavis).

  2. Return of the package: The package will make its way back to our facilities.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the product back and verify that the packaging/bottle remains sealed and intact, we will proceed with your refund.

Note for Scenario 2: In the event that the package has already been shipped and you refuse delivery because you changed your mind, the courier's shipping and return costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
