Shipping & Delivery Policy

 
• Order processing: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.

 
• Europe outside Greece: Flat-rate shipping of €9.90 for orders up to €68.99. Free shipping on orders of €69 or more.  

• Carrier & delivery: Available DHL services and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Delivery within Europe usually takes 3–8 business days.  

• Damaged parcels: If your order arrives with a broken bottle or other transport damage, please contact us immediately. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
