Return policy
According to European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, for any reason and without any justification.
For a return to be accepted under the right of withdrawal, the product must be in the exact same condition as received, sealed, unused, and in its original packaging. To process your request, it must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate the return process, you can contact us at info@ploumioliveoil.com. Please note that products to be returned must be sent to the following address: Epar.Od. Irakleiou - Praitorias, Pyrgos 70010, Crete, Greece.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged (e.g., broken bottle during transport), or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately with a replacement or a refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products (foodstuffs), returns on olive oil are accepted only if the packaging, bottle, or tin remains sealed and the cap's safety seal has not been tampered with. For hygiene and health protection reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on customized products (e.g., special orders with private labels), sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (provided it is sealed) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
