Order Cancellation

No problem! Canceling your order is easy, depending on its shipping status:

Scenario 1: Your order HAS NOT left our facilities yet

If you manage to inform us promptly after placing your order (or generally before an ACS tracking number has been generated), the cancellation is processed immediately.

Please send us a message at info@ploumioliveoil.com or call us at +302893309002 (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 20:30), stating your order number.

The order will be canceled and, if you have already paid online, a full refund will be issued to your card or bank account.

Scenario 2: Your order HAS already been shipped (Tracking Number generated)

From the moment your order is handed over to ACS Courier, the shipment cannot be stopped. In this case, the process functions as a "Return" (Right of Withdrawal Request). This means you will need to receive the package first and then return it to us, following our company's Return Policy.
